FAQ
Common questions.
Everything you need to know before the first call.
01
Getting started
Where do I start?
Start with the free 30-minute call. We figure out whether there is a workflow worth automating and whether NOYS is the right fit. If yes, the $999 sprint session produces the written brief. If you already know the job, we can talk directly about the Build.
How do I know if my business is ready for AI automation?
If your team does the same task more than 20 times per week — answering similar emails, entering data, chasing documents, creating job cards, qualifying leads — that workflow is probably automatable. The sprint session is designed to confirm this before you commit to a build.
What size business do you work with?
Australian small businesses — typically 2–50 staff. We work across industries where repetitive workflows are costing time: trades, professional services (accounting, law, mortgage broking), real estate, healthcare, logistics, and construction.
Do I need a technical person on my team?
No. You describe the workflow in plain language — what triggers it, what happens, what the output looks like. We handle the technical implementation. You review the output before we hand it over.
02
Pricing
What do you charge?
Three tiers: The Sprint ($999 AUD) — a 45-minute structured interview that produces a written report. Credits toward the Build if you proceed. The Build (from $1,500 AUD, fixed quote set in your sprint report) — one AI agent, built and live in your production environment. The Concierge (from $1,200 AUD/month, roster capped at six) — two working sessions a month plus direct access between calls. Month-to-month, no lock-in.
Does the Sprint fee credit toward the build?
Yes. If you proceed with the Build, the $999 sprint fee credits toward your Build quote — a $4,000 build becomes $3,001.
Are there any other costs?
Yes, but small. AI API costs (typically $5–$50/month for an SME workflow) and infrastructure if self-hosting (a VPS is $10–30/month). We document these clearly in the sprint brief so there are no surprises.
Why is your pricing published?
Because most Australian AI agencies only reveal pricing after a sales call, which means the price adjusts to what the market will bear. Published pricing is a commitment. You know what you're paying before you pick up the phone.
03
How it works
What is the Sprint?
A 45-minute interview plus written report (video call) where we map your highest-ROI workflow. We ask structured questions, watch you perform the workflow, and produce a written brief: what to build, what to skip, what tools to use, what success looks like, and what it will cost. If you do not proceed with the Build, the brief is yours to take elsewhere.
What is the Build?
The build phase. One AI agent, connected to the tools your team already uses, deployed to your production environment. We write the acceptance criteria on Day 1. You test and approve before final handover. You own the agent — it runs on your accounts and your infrastructure.
What is the Concierge?
Monthly monitoring and maintenance. We watch the agent, send a weekly digest of what it processed, flag anomalies, and do a monthly tuning pass to keep it working as your workflow evolves. Month-to-month — you can cancel anytime. If you prefer to manage the agent yourself, we provide the full documentation to do so.
Do I own the automation after the Build?
Yes. The agent runs in your accounts, your API keys, your infrastructure (or yours on a cloud server). If you cancel Run, the agent keeps running — it does not depend on us to function. You have full access and the documentation to manage it.

Common objections
I've tried AI tools before and they didn't work.
Most AI tool failures come from starting with a platform rather than a problem. NOYS builds per-workflow — one specific, scoped automation that attaches to the tools you already use. There is no new platform to adopt, no retraining required, and no broad "AI transformation" to manage.
We're too small for this.
The businesses that benefit most from AI automation are small teams doing high-volume repetitive work — exactly because each hour saved is a significant percentage of a small team's total capacity. A 5-person accounting firm saving 6 hours per week gets a more meaningful ROI than a 500-person enterprise saving the same 6 hours.
We don't have a dedicated IT person.
You do not need one. We build the agent, connect it to your existing tools, and hand over documentation written for a non-technical operator. The Concierge service means someone is watching it — you just review the digest.
What if the automation makes a mistake?
We build review steps into every agent that takes consequential actions — emails sent, records created, payments triggered. The agent drafts or queues; a human approves or lets it run. Once trust is established, you can automate the approval. We set the risk threshold in the sprint brief before we build.
