No. On the 45-minute call we ask questions and take notes, and we don't recommend anything. The recommendations come in the written report, which ends by asking whether you'd rather do it yourself or have our help. If you book the walkthrough, we ask it there. "Myself" is a fine answer.

You can, and you might already pay for it. What a subscription won't tell you is which job in your week it should take, or when a different tool would do that job better. The Delete List works that out job by job, and some of the answers won't be AI at all.

Some of it is. That's why some fixes on your list won't use AI at all. If a form or a setting in software you already pay for does the job, that's what goes on the list.

Most of those tools were bought before anyone worked out which job they were for. The Delete List starts with the job, then names the tool. Sometimes the answer is a feature you already pay for.

You don't need one. We set it up, connect it to the tools you already use, and hand over documentation written for someone who isn't technical. With Concierge, we stay alongside you every month.

Anything that sends an email, creates a record or moves money gets a review step. The tool drafts or queues it, and a person approves it or lets it run. Once you trust it, you can switch the approval off. We set the risk threshold in your report before we build.
