Every tool in your report comes with its setup time, so you can do it yourself. If you'd rather hand the setup to us, that's the Build.

Your report
Your report sets the price.
The Build is quoted in your Delete List as a fixed price, and your $999 comes off it. Every build is different, so $999 is the only price on our website.
Day 1
We agree what "live" means.
We write down the exact job, the acceptance criteria and what counts as live before any work starts. What “live within 14 days” means
Days 1–14
We set it up and connect it.
Everything goes on your own accounts and talks to the tools your team already uses.
By day 14
You test it and sign it off.
You test and approve everything before handover, and you get the documentation with it. Anything we build for you is live within 14 days, or we refund you.

Questions about the Build
Do I need The Delete List first?
Yes. The Build starts after your report, because the report is where we work out what to build and set the price.
Does the $999 come off the Build?
Yes. If you go ahead with a Build, the $999 you paid for The Delete List comes off the fixed price in your report.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It runs on your accounts, not ours. If you stop Concierge later, it keeps running, and you keep the documentation.
What if it isn't live within 14 days?
We refund you. Live means it meets the acceptance criteria we agreed on Day 1. The three conditions are on our about page.
