The Delete List: a 45-minute AI audit for your business
An AI audit for a small business is a close look at where the owner's week goes, and which tools could take work off it. The Delete List is ours, one 45-minute call and then a written report naming 3 to 7 tools, each with its setup time and the hours a week it gives back. $999, fixed.

You answer the quote emails, chase the invoices and type the same job details into two systems, then do it all again next week. Software could take some of that off you, if you knew which tool and had a spare week to work it out.
The call
What happens in the 45 minutes
You don't need to prepare anything or know what any of the tools are called.
You book a time and we meet on video.
Ed runs every call himself.
We ask what your week looks like.
Two questions do most of the work: "What did yesterday look like, from the first email to the last?" and "What's one job you'd delete from your week for good?"
We follow your answers into the detail.
Where the email piles up, which job gets typed in twice, what your team answers ten times before lunch. Say a quote request lands at 2pm: what happens next, and who touches it?
We don't recommend anything on the call.
We listen and take notes, then go away and do the research.
You get the written report: your delete list.
It arrives within 48 hours of the call, and if you'd like, we'll walk you through it in 20 minutes. That part's optional.
The report
What's in the report
The report names the one or two problems costing you the most time, then lists 3 to 7 tools that fix them, each with the hours it gives back. For each tool you get:
- what it does, in plain words, and which job it takes off you
- how long it takes to set up
- how many hours a week it gives back
Some of the fixes won't involve AI at all. If a form or a spreadsheet rule solves the problem, that's what goes on the list. It finishes with the bigger jobs worth doing once the first tools are running.
The report closes with one question: do you want to do this yourself, or would you like our help? If you book the optional 20-minute walkthrough, that's where we ask it, with the report in front of us. If you want help, the report includes a fixed quote for building it.

If you ask us to build anything from the report, the $999 comes off that build. Every build is different, so we quote it in your report instead of listing a price here. Concierge, our ongoing monthly help once a build is live, is quoted the same way.
We don't have client stories to show you yet, so we put the promises in writing instead.
Fit
Who it's for, and who it isn't
It's for owners of Australian businesses with 3 to 20 staff who still carry the repeat work themselves: the quotes, the follow-ups, the same answers to the same questions. If you've paid for a chatbot subscription and your week looks the same as before, this is for you.
It isn't for solo operators with more time than money. If that's you, you probably don't need us to build anything, and the report alone may be enough. Every tool on it comes with its setup time, so you can do it yourself.
It also isn't for organisations after an AI policy, a governance framework or a compliance review. That's a different job, and we don't do it.
Compared
How is The Delete List different from an AI readiness assessment?
An AI readiness assessment usually checks whether an organisation is ready to adopt AI: its data, systems, policies, staff skills and risks. It suits larger organisations planning a program. The Delete List starts with the owner's week. It asks what you'd stop doing if you could, then names the tools that would stop it.

FAQ
Questions owners ask
How much does an AI audit cost?
Ours costs $999, fixed, for one 45-minute call and a written report. Other providers in Australia price it anywhere from free to five figures, often by quote. If you're comparing, ask what you get in writing at the end and whether the fee comes off any later work. Our AI consultant cost guide sets out the published ranges.
Is the 15-minute call really free?
Yes. No card and no obligation. We find one thing eating your week and point you at a tool for it. If that one tool sorts it, great, you don't need The Delete List.
What's the difference between the free call and The Delete List?
The free call looks at one bottleneck and names one tool. The Delete List looks at your whole week: a 45-minute call, a written report naming 3 to 7 tools, a walkthrough if you want one, and the five-hour guarantee. That part is $999.
Is an AI audit the same as a financial audit?
No. Nobody looks at your books, and it has nothing to do with the ATO. An AI audit looks at where your time goes and which jobs software could take over.
How do you do an AI audit for a small business?
You can do a rough one yourself this week. Write down everything you did yesterday, circle anything you do more than once a week, and for each circled job ask whether a tool could do the first draft. The Delete List is that exercise done with someone who knows the tools, and it ends with setup times and hours instead of a guess.
How long does the report take?
It arrives within 48 hours of the 45-minute call. If you want to go through it together, there's an optional 20-minute walkthrough.
Do I have to buy a build afterwards?
No. The report is yours to keep, and each tool lists its setup time so you can judge whether to do it yourself. If you ask us to build something, the $999 comes off the quote. Concierge is there if you want ongoing help after that.
Will you try to sell me something on the call?
No. On the 45-minute call we ask questions and take notes, and we don't recommend anything. The recommendations come in the written report, which ends by asking whether you'd rather do it yourself or have our help. If you book the walkthrough, we ask it there. "Myself" is a fine answer.
Can you do it if I'm not in Queensland?
Yes. We're on the Gold Coast, and the call runs on video, so it works anywhere in Australia.
Give us 45 minutes and get a written list of the work you can stop doing by hand.
Book your 45-minute callWhat would you delete from your week?
A sentence is enough. We'll reply with a time for a free 15-minute call.
He replies within one working day.
