Hi, I’m Ed Steward.
I’m not a developer. I run a handful of AU brands and products, most of them built and shipped by me directly, with AI doing the heavy lifting on execution. I started NOYS because I kept watching small business owners pay for an AI strategy deck and get a PDF back — nothing running.
Why NOYS
Decks, not systems.
Every AU AI agency will show you a roadmap. Almost none of them will show you a running agent.
I built NOYS backwards from that problem. Strategy decks bill by the hour, and hours billed have nothing to do with whether anything ships. So NOYS doesn’t sell strategy. It sells one working system, in your business, doing real work — scoped and priced before we start.
What “live” means
Not a feeling. Three conditions.
Before the Build starts, we agree what “live” looks like — the exact workflow, the acceptance criteria, the go-live definition.

The agent is live in your production environment — not a demo, not a sandbox.

It is handling actual inputs from your business, not synthetic test records.

It meets every acceptance criterion agreed on Day 1 — that's what we mean by done.
