What NOYS does
The Delete List
One 45-minute video call about how your business runs day to day, then a written report within 48 hours naming 3–7 tools. Each one comes with its setup time and the hours a week it gives back. $999 AUD.
Build
We set up what your report recommends, connected to the tools your team already uses, at the fixed price quoted in the report. It runs on your accounts and you own it.
Concierge
Two 45-minute working sessions a month plus direct access between calls, quoted in your report. We keep what we built working and add the next tools on your list. We take six at most.

The Delete List is $999 AUD. Of the four Australian AI consultancies we checked in September 2026, none published a starting price.
20 hrs per month, or your money back.
If The Delete List doesn’t find you 20 hrs per month, we refund the $999.
Live within 14 days, or refunded.
Anything we build for you is live within 14 days, or we refund you. We agree what “live” means on Day 1.
The $999 comes off the Build.
If you go ahead with a Build, the $999 is credited toward the fixed price in your report.
You own what we build.
It runs on your accounts, not ours. Stop Concierge and it keeps running, and you keep the documentation.

Hi, I’m Ed Steward. I’m not a developer. I run a handful of AU brands and products, most of them built and shipped by me with AI doing the build work. I started NOYS because I kept watching small business owners pay for an AI strategy deck and get a PDF back, with nothing running and no prices in it.

We wrote and built noys.co with Claude, and we keep it up to date the same way. When an offer changes, every page that mentions it changes with it.
Notes that file themselves
Every night a script reads the day's notes and research and files them into one searchable library, so nothing lives in one person's head.
Outreach drafts, in testing
A script finds local businesses and drafts a first email to each. It's still in testing, and nothing sends until Ed reads it.

Pick a time in the calendar. 15 minutes with Ed, no charge: we find one thing eating your week and point you at a tool. If you want the whole week looked at, that's The Delete List, one 45-minute video call.
Get the report
Your written Delete List lands within 48 hours: 3–7 tools, setup time and hours a week back for each. If you want, we'll walk you through it in 20 minutes.
Build, if you want it
You get a fixed price in the report. We write the acceptance criteria on Day 1, and it goes live within 14 days.
Concierge, if you want it
Two working sessions a month with Ed, and you can reach him between calls.
What “live within 14 days” means
Three conditions, checked before handover.
Before the Build starts, we agree what “live” looks like: the exact job, the acceptance criteria and the go-live definition.
