The Sprint is a 45-minute interview with you and whoever handles the admin, followed by a written report. Brisbane clients can do the interview in person or on a video call. We go through a normal week and look for:

- Work that sits waiting for a person to notice it, like unanswered enquiries or unpaid invoices.

Yes, we meet Brisbane clients in person. NOYS is based at Hope Island on the Gold Coast, and Brisbane is part of our face-to-face service area for the Sprint interview and the Build handover. The work in between happens over video and email.
How much does AI automation cost for a Brisbane small business?
Most businesses start with the $999 Sprint and then a fixed-price Build from $1,500 AUD. The Sprint report quotes the Build before you commit. Concierge support starts at $1,200 AUD a month if you want ongoing help, and there is a free 15-minute mini sprint if you want to check fit first.

Do I need to buy new software?
Usually you don't. We connect automations to the tools you already pay for, like Gmail or Outlook, Xero or MYOB, and your CRM or practice management system. If one of your tools can't connect, the Sprint report says so.
What happens if the Sprint doesn't find much?
